Sabetha History Center Logo

Take a step back into the inspiring history of Sabetha.

The Sabetha History Center will be more than a building—it will be Sabetha’s front porch. A place where our history of welcoming new ideas comes alive through interactive exhibits and dynamic displays.

Different

In Sabetha, being different is our superpower. Different, like the Wenger brothers who turned scrap metal, big dreams and a determination to survive the Depression into technology now sought the world-over. Different, like the many local farmers, manufacturers and business owners whose courage and enterprising spirit help us thrive while other towns have faded. Different, like the way our curious nature sparks creativity that catches the world’s attention.

In Sabetha, you can have it all. The support of a community that knows your name. The excitement of working with colleagues from around the globe. The satisfaction of solving problems that matter. And the joy of raising a family in a place where innovation and values grow together.

And now, we’re ready to be different again.

The Sabetha History Center will be unlike anything you've seen in a small town—even unique from what you expect from a history museum. Picture instead a dynamic space where creativity comes alive. Where visitors can step into the shoes of our problem-solving pioneers. Where eye-opening technology meets hands-on learning. Where the spirit of those innovators lives on in every young mind that walks through our doors.

The center will be a catalyst for Sabetha's next chapter. A beacon for those considering Sabetha as a place to call home. A testament to the power of finding our own answers. And a place where the next generation can see you don't have to choose between small town values and big world impact.

In Sabetha, we don’t fit the mold as much as make it. Because thinking for ourselves just comes naturally.
